Schools
We have partnered with over 30 schools and school districts and they have become our partners to help their talented and gifted programs become more accessible. The key issue we see generally with programs like these is that they often barricade students with socioeconomic difficulties. Overall, there is a lack of support to get students into these programs. We specifically work with your school and/or district to develop your program criteria to fit your needs. We modify programs to make sure students are cultivated in an enriching environment that promotes critical thinking but also make sure the programs ensure equal access to every person. We understand that not all people want to be a part of these programs but for the people who do we ensure the opportunities are equal!
Students
Once we implement a Ladder program into a school or school district we understand the ins and outs of the program, therefore we offer tutoring for specific subjects to prepare students to get into this program if they wish. We will implement personalized classes with each student tailored to their school district and the way the gifted program works in their area.
Teachers
For our personalized support to schools and students, we hire teachers to join us to help teach crucial concepts to students. We offer flexible hours that always remain virtual! Contact us for more information.
