Ladder LLC was born when I saw various students in my area unable to get into gifted programs simply because they didn't know they existed until it was too late, or they didn't know how to prepare. With this in mind, in 2023, I started reforming gifted programs in Oregon, and since then have helped schools nationwide. Furthermore, Ladder is also a platform for those with a love for teaching who can't pursue it as a full career and want to teach on the side virtually. Ladder is for parents, teachers, students, and schools. It is for anyone who believes in extending the ladder for all students nationwide.
